Personal Experience: you have three colours to choose from, it is very hard to tell as on screen the colour beige-medium looks dark in real life it is really light. The bronzing powder comes in a sturdy piano black compact great to bring out on the go and has a decent size mirror. The white sponge keeps the powder transferring to the mirror. The powder is baked so it is really long lasting and doesn’t crumble a big plus for me. The colour itself failed to show up on my skin, as you can see from my swatches the powder produces a slight shimmer and works well to highlight my cheeks. As a bronzer it didn’t make my skin look tanned or bronze. I had to put a few layers on to make it show up on my face, I usually like to use a bronzer as a contour for cheeks.

Would I re-purchase again? Yes, if I get to try the darker shade as it is long wearing and the product will last me a long time

Products I regret buying - Eyelash primers
Before finding Maybelline turbo lash mascara, my eye lashes would struggle to hold the curl. My current HG is still Shiseido Mascara base. You heard it all before, you found a HG but you always try to find a cheaper alternative and find the next HG product.
My Lesson is learned stick to the product that works you end up wasting money on products that will disappoint and make a dent on your bank card.
So what is exactly a lash primer, it helps coat and add fibres to the lashes making any mascara work on you.
These two were disappointing and made my eyelash flopped down within 5 mins. My second favourite is Clinique lash primer.
lancome cils booster and urban decay eyelash primer

Maybelline - the falshies review
Saturday, 16 April 2011
It was time to try out a new mascara, I heard about this mascara raved everywhere, my friend recommend it to me, but can it replace my current favourite the turbo boast?
The first thing you will notice is the shape of the brush; it’s uniquely designed in the shape of a spoon. It is a huge brush and I think you can tell from the photo that the formula is quite wet.
I have to admit the wand is a bit too big for me to work with as you can see from the photo’s the mascara touches my skin so it is quite messy to work with.
It gives great length and thickens the lashes thanks to the bristles on the brush, and last all day the lashes does not feel heavy which is what I love about Maybelline mascara. Having said that this doesn’t replace my current HG mascara Maybelline turbo boast.

March Favourites
Wednesday, 6 April 2011
1. Lancome Juicy tubes - makes my lips super glossy and juicy plus it does not stick to my hair ^-^
2.Rimmel White eyeliner - I use this to create guides for me to pluck my eyebrows, it’s pretty useless to use to whiten the water line it looks too bright.
3.L’occitane she butter hand cream - Love the smell of shea butter, this is one of my favourite hand creams. Body shop is better for super dry hands this tube last me FOREVER!!!
4. Purity oraganics exfoliating scrub - feels silky and gentle on the skin, leaves skin soft and smooth
5. Lovea Bio Burkin Shea butter nourishing body balm - super long product title, smells great, glides onto skin very well and a little goes a long way.
6. Samy Fat hair amplifying hair spray - does exactly what it says on the packaging, you need this in your life to create volume and makes quiffs/pouffs stay put all day!
